Horst Vöge

Horst-Dieter Vöge (born December 22, 1947 in Negast ) is a German politician and former North Rhine-Westphalian state parliament member of the SPD .

Life and work

After attending elementary school , he completed an apprenticeship as a chef and worked in this profession until 1974. He obtained his university entrance qualification via the second educational path and studied history , politics and economics from 1974 to 1978 at the comprehensive university in Duisburg. Following the first state examination , Vöge worked as a restaurant manager, a research assistant in the Bundestag and an employee in the mining industry.

He joined the SPD in 1973. He is active in numerous bodies of the party, so he was z. B. also chairman of the SPD sub-district of Wesel. Vöge is a member of the IG Bergbau, Chemie, Energie .

From May 31, 1990 to June 2, 2005 Vöge was a member of the Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was elected directly in constituency 064 Wesel III.

He was a member of the city council of Dinslaken from 1979 to 1989.
