Horst Hinschberger

Horst Hinschberger (born July 8, 1950 in Saarbrücken ) is a German politician (formerly FDP ) and former president of 1. FC Saarbrücken . From 2009 to 2010 he was the FDP state parliamentary group chairman in the Saarland state parliament .

Life

Horst Hinschberger is married and lives in Friedrichsthal . He holds a degree in business administration and has been running the Kamikaze Sportartikel Vertriebs GmbH in Bexbach, which he founded, since 1987.

Hinschberger joined the FDP in 1978. In 1980 he was a founding member of the Young Liberals and from 1980 to 1984 founding chairman of the Young Liberals Saar.

In the state elections in 2009 , Hinschberger entered the Saarland state parliament for the first time. In November 2009 he took over the chairmanship of the FDP parliamentary group in the state parliament, since the previous parliamentary group chairman Christoph Hartmann became the new economics minister.

In July 2010, Hinschberger filed charges against several FDP politicians, including the Secretary General of the NRW-FDP, Joachim Stamp, for fraud and breach of trust . Hinschberger warned of numerous irregularities in the accounts of the Villa Lessing - Liberale Stiftung Saar eV form the context of the advertisement. The FDP-Landesverband Nordrhein-Westfalen criticized Hinschberger for the advertisement and described the processes as "not objectionable at all".

On November 9th, 2010 Horst Hinschberger announced his resignation together with the Saar party leader Christoph Hartmann .

After the state elections on March 25, 2012 , Horst Hinschberger resigned from the Saarland state parliament. In June 2012, Hinschberger resigned from the FDP.
