Horst Josef Zugehör (born August 1, 1936 in Duisburg ) is a German lawyer and was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice from 1991 to 2001 .
After completing his legal training and doctorate , in 1965 he joined the judicial service of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia as a court assessor . After being appointed judge for life, he worked at the district court of Mülheim an der Ruhr and the district court of Duisburg . In 1976 he was appointed judge at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court.
His judicial activity was interrupted from 1982 to 1984 by a secondment to the Federal Ministry of Justice.
During his activity at the Federal Court of Justice belonged to the IX. Civil Senate .
Affiliate retired on August 31, 2001.
