Horst Krybus

Horst Krybus (born September 16, 1960 in Waldsassen , Bavaria ) is a German politician ( CDU ). He is the mayor of the North Rhine-Westphalian city ​​of Lohmar .

Career

Horst Krybus graduated from high school in Siegburg . He did his military service with the Panzergrenadierlehrbataillon Munsterlager . As part of the training for the higher service , he graduated in 1985 with the title of Diplom-Verwaltungswirt (FH) . He then worked as a personnel clerk in the city administration of Siegburg, there from 1989 also deputy head of the personnel department. From 1997 he was administrative manager in Siegburg and from 2000 official manager of the construction management office. He was also a lecturer for labor and collective bargaining law at the study institute for municipal administration in Cologne .

In the CDU, Horst Krybus in Lohmar was local association chairman for Birk , Heide and Inger from 1993 to 2002 . He has been a member of the City Council of Lohmar since 1999. He has been chairman of the CDU Lohmar since 2002, and from 2002 to 2014 he was parliamentary group chairman in the city council.

Horst Krybus has been married since 1991 and has two grown sons.

In the 2014 mayoral election in Lohmar, Horst Krybus was elected mayor with 50.10 percent of the valid votes as the successor to Wolfgang Röger (CDU), who no longer ran for election.
