Horst Kuhn
Horst Kuhn (born September 29, 1932 in Bensheim , Hesse ; † May 3, 1991 in Marxzell ) was a German lawyer .
From May 1, 1975 until his death, he served as a federal judge at the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe . There he worked for many years as an investigating judge for terrorism and espionage in the 3rd Criminal Senate of the Federal Court of Justice . Among other things, he issued the arrest warrant for Verena Becker .
