Horst Sakulowski

Horst Sakulowski (born August 28, 1943 in Saalfeld ) is a German painter, draftsman, graphic artist and video artist.

Life

Horst Sakulowski studied from 1962 to 1967 at the Leipzig College of Graphics and Book Art (with Bernhard Heisig ). Since 1967 he has been freelance in Weida / Thuringia, where he also lives with his wife Karin Berger. He is the father of Rolf Sakulowski .

His fields of work are painting, drawing, graphics, sculpture and video.

Work locations are Altenburg, Lindenau Museum, Bad Frankenhausen, Panorama Museum, Berlin, Collection of the German Bundestag, Dresden, State Art Collections, Gera, Art Collection, Halle, Staatl. Gallery Moritzburg, Jena, Romantikerhaus, Mühlhausen, Mühlhausen museums and Weida, Osterburg.
