Horst von Lyncker
Horst Emil Ernst Julius Freiherr von Lyncker (born January 13, 1845 in Nemmersdorf ; † May 7, 1892 in Gumbinnen ) was a German lawyer , politician and manor owner .
Life
Born the son of a manor owner, von Lyncker studied law in Jena , Heidelberg and Berlin . During his studies in 1865 he became a member of the Germania Jena fraternity . After completing his studies, he became administrator of the district office in 1876 and district administrator in the Lötzen district from 1877 to 1889 . In 1881 he took over his father's estate as the master of Nemmersdorf. From 1882 to 1889 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the Conservative Party . In 1889 he became director of the administrative court at the royal government in Gumbinnen.
