Hossein Zenderoudi

Charles Hossein Zenderoudi (* 1937 in Tehran ) is an Iranian artist. At the age of 21 he was already a winner of the Biennale in Venice , Paris and St. Paulo . Shortly afterwards he founded the "Sagha Khaneh" movement, which has influenced many artists since then. His work Tchaar Bagh ( a type of Persian garden ) was auctioned in April 2008 for 1,400,000 US dollars at Christie's in Dubai .
