The Howard Hills are an area of low hills and meltwater lakes in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . They are located south of the Beaver Glacier in the northeastern part of the Scott Mountains .

Aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1956 were used for their mapping. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) named them after Able Seaman William Edward Howard (1907–1985), crew member of the RRS Discovery on the British Australian and New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition (1929–1931).
