Hubert H. Raase (born April 14, 1944 in Weimar ) is a German entrepreneur and former football official.

In addition to his work as managing partner of an advertising agency, Raase was president of the Bundesliga club Karlsruher SC from November 27, 2002 to September 30, 2009 . In this function he took over the office of Gerhard Seiler , who had repeatedly saved the KSC from impending bankruptcy. At the beginning of Raase's term of office, the association's liabilities amounted to around eight million euros, which is why Raase's presidium was forced to pursue a tough consolidation course in order to repay the KSC.

With a view to the new elections for the presidium in September 2009, Raase announced that he would not run again for the office of president. With the disclosure of the balance sheet for the 2008/2009 financial year, Raase was able to announce at the end of his term of office that the KSC was able to show positive equity for the first time since 2001 and thus fully pay off its mountain of debt. Raase did not run for a new election in 2009. He was succeeded by Paul Metzger .
