Hubert Stronger
Hubert Starker (born September 7, 1936 in Augsburg ) is a former German entrepreneur and politician.
Career
He studied business administration more at the University of Munich . After graduating with a degree in business administration, he joined the company Zeuna Starkker, which specializes in exhaust systems, in 1965 and was a managing partner there from 1978.
From 1985 to 1998 he was President of the Association of Bavarian Metal Employers (vbw) and from 1985 to 1997 President of the Association of Employers' Associations in Bavaria (VAB). In this function he initiated the merger of the association with the regional association of Bavarian industry (LBI) to form the union of Bavarian economy (vbw).
As a representative of the Industry and Commerce group, he was a member of the Bavarian Senate from January 1, 1994 until it was dissolved on December 31, 1999 .
