Hubert Taczanowski
Hubert Taczanowski (born October 1, 1960 in Warsaw , Poland ) is a Polish cameraman .
Life
Hubert Taczanowski belongs to the Polish noble family Taczanowski and was born in Warsaw as the son of Stanisław Taczanowski and Maria, née Grabska. After graduating from the State University of Film, Television and Theater in Łódź , he worked as a cameraman for commercials and music videos, before making his first independent feature film in 1995 with the European drama The Handbook of the Young Poisoner . Since then, he has mainly worked as a cameraman in B-movies like Der Macher , Alle liebe Oscar and Wild Things 3 .
In January 2007 Taczanowski married the British costume designer Stephanie Collie, with whom he lives either in London or New York. He is also a cousin of Elfi von Dassanowsky and Robert von Dassanowsky .
