Reviews

Kino.de evaluated: “Although Shim is considered one of the most successful comedy actors in his home country, he almost completely dispenses with Comic Relief in his ambitious fantasy saga. That is not to say that there is nothing to laugh about here. Because from the stilted dialogues to the wooden actors to logical dropouts, some involuntary comedy spreads. Conclusion: Absolutely cult-suspicious for B-movie fans, everyone else will only be partially happy. "

The critics' forum at buffed.de found that “the potential of the film remains completely unused.” The “boring sag in the middle shouldn't have been”, and “it is unbelievable in some places, even for a fantasy film. “ Cinema.de, however, I think of the whole film in the end only“ Fifteen minutes of trick storms. ”

Awards

Shim Hyung-rae was nominated in the 2007 Asian Film Awards in the category "Best Visual Effects".
