Hubert Wołąkiewicz (born October 21, 1985 in Skarżysko-Kamienna ) is a Polish football player . He is primarily used as a central defender .

career

societies

Wołąkiewicz started playing football at Tęcza 34 Płońsk . As a youth player, he went to Amica Wronki in 2002 , where he moved up to the league team a year later. In 2007 he moved, for a transfer fee of 25,000 euros, to the 2nd league at Lechia Gdańsk , where he was a regular player and even matured to a national player after being promoted to the Ekstraklasa . In 2011 he then moved to league competitor Lech Posen for a transfer fee of 125,000 euros . Here he was able to prevail initially and quickly fought for a regular place.

In the 2014/15 season he was rarely used and moved to Astra Giurgiu in Romania . From there, after only one assignment in the summer of 2015, he moved to KS Cracovia from Krakow. In 2017 he joined the second division club Chojniczanka Chojnice , where he narrowly missed promotion to the Ekstraklasa in 2018.

National team

In the Polish national team , Wołąkiewicz played in three friendly matches against Ecuador (2: 2), Ivory Coast (3: 1) and Bosnia-Herzegovina (2: 2) and in 2011 against Moldova (1: 0), in which he played remained without a goal.
