Hugo Uhl

Hugo Uhl (born September 19, 1918 - March 21, 1999 ) was a stonemason and sculptor in Frankfurt am Main .

After completing a commercial apprenticeship, Hugo Uhl learned the craft of wood carving and passed his master craftsman's examination in 1955. In a small workshop in Heddernheim , in addition to working in the church sector, he began developing wooden play equipment. These became the trademark of the Uhl company.
