Günther Friedrich Karl August Hugo Prince von Schwarzburg-Sondershausen (born April 13, 1839 in Sondershausen ; † November 25, 1871 there ) was half-brother of the last Prince Karl Günther von Schwarzburg-Sondershausen .

Life

Hugo was the son of Prince Günther Friedrich Carl II of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen (1801–1889) and his second wife, Princess Mathilde (1814–1888), daughter of Prince August von Hohenlohe-Öhringen .

In an inappropriate relationship with Ida Berninger (Sondershausen, 1835 – after 1870), daughter of the princely mouth cook, married Kaiser in 1868, the illegitimate daughter Caroline Auguste Alma Marie emerged, who presumably died shortly after her birth in Berlin on December 1, 1863 .

Hugo died unmarried and without legitimate descendants in Sondershausen. He was buried in the princely burial chapel of the Trinity Church.
