Hui Liangyu

Hui Liangyu ( Chinese  回良玉 , Pinyin Huí Liángyù ; * 1944 in Yushu , Jilin ) is a Chinese communist politician. He is of the Hui nationality .

Hui Liangyu is an economist by profession and graduated from Jilin Agricultural School . After working in his home province, most recently as vice governor from 1987 to 1990, he was governor from 1994 to 1999 and then secretary of the CCP in Anhui and from 1999 to 2002 secretary of the CCP in Jiangsu .

He was a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China from 2002 until he retired at the CCP 18th Congress in November 2012, and served on the State Council from 2003 to 2013 as Vice Prime Minister .
