Huichi Chiu

Huichi Chiu (邱惠祺, born March 17, 1978 in Kaohsiung , Taiwan ) is a Taiwanese actress . She is a great niece of Bruce Lee . She has lived in Spain since the early 2000s, where she spent most of her career.

Career

Huichi Chiu graduated from Kaohsiung Pedagogical University in 2000 with a degree in Fine Arts . After teaching fine arts in Taiwan for two years, she moved to Spain to study flamenco . From 2003 to 2005 she studied acting at a theater school in Madrid, where she specialized in the theories of Jacques Lecoq . She is currently engaged in contemporary dance and martial arts.

Huichi Chiu made her first appearance in 2005 in Proverbio chino , a short film directed by Javier San Román , for which she was nominated at the 2008 Goya Awards . Various Spanish feature film productions with Chiu followed. She also had various theater appearances. In 2011 she played a role alongside Daniel Brühl in Casino Barcelona - Die Glückssträhne . In 2013 she was subsequently seen Tatort: ​​The Chinese Princess in the title role.
