Humfried III. by Toron

Humfried III. von Toron († before 1173 ) was lord of Oultrejordain and the son of Humfried II of Toron , lord of Toron .

In 1163 he married Stephanie von Milly , the daughter of Philip von Milly , lords of Oultrejordain , which made him lord of Oultrejordain in 1168 from the rights of his wife .

In 1173 his main fortress Kerak was besieged by Nur ad-Din , but Humfried was able to force him to retreat. Humfried died in the same year.

He had two children with Stephanie:

Stephanie kept the rule of Oultrejordain after his death and remarried.
