Hunters ( German Jäger ) is an American television series. It was broadcast on Syfy from April 11, 2016 and is based on the novel Alien Hunter by Whitley Strieber .

On Serienjunkies.de , the pilot episode of the series only received two out of five stars. There it says in conclusion: “'Hunters' is terribly serious trash that doesn't even have the decency to be involuntarily funny. [...] If you are not too sleepy from the boring series debut with template characters and extremely repetitive dialogues, you can still try to understand what kind of statement the series might want to make about real terrorism [...]. "
