The whore banner ( Chinese 库伦旗 , Pinyin Kùlún Qí ; Mongolian ᠬᠦᠷᠢᠶ᠎ᠡ ᠬᠣᠰᠢᠭᠤ Küriy-e qosiɣu ;) is a banner of the prefecture-level city of Tongliao in the east of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regionin the northeast of the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 4,650 km² and a population of 180,000 (2004). Its main town is the large community of Hure (库伦镇).
