Naiman banner
The Naiman banner ( Chinese 奈曼旗 , Pinyin Nàimàn Qí ; Mongolian ᠨᠠᠢᠮᠠᠨ ᠬᠣᠰᠢᠭᠤ Naiman qosiɣu ) is a banner of the prefecture-level city of Tongliao in the east of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regionin the northeast of the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 8,120 km² and has a population of 430,000 (2004). Its main town is the Daqin Tal community (大 沁 他 拉 镇).
