Husi kiln

The Husi kiln ( Chinese  湖泗窑 , Pinyin Husí Yao , English Husi kiln ) or Husi Porcelain Kiln Sites ( 湖泗瓷窑址群 , Husi cíyáo zhǐqún , English Husi porcelain kiln sites ) are kiln sites from the period of Five Dynasties to Ming Dynasty , which specialized in the production of blue and white porcelain and celadon . The sites were located in the area of administrative Jiangxia and Wuchang in Wuhan in the Chinese province of Hubei . They are named after the Husi Township of Jiangxia.

The find provided evidence of the existence of a porcelain industry for Hubei during the Song Dynasty .

The Husi porcelain kiln sites have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (5-89) since 2001 .
