Hutelutuš-Inšušinak was an Elamite king (approx. 1120 BC - 1110 BC).

Hutelutuš-Inšušinak was the son of Šilhak-Inšušinak I , whom he followed on the throne. His mother was Nahhunte-Utu , possibly sister and wife of Kutir-Nahhunte III. and Šilhak-Inšušinak.

Hutelutuš-Inšušinak bore the unique title of King of Elam and Susiana . In Susa he renewed the temple of Inšušinak - von dem Hain and a building called Kukunnum , which was a shrine of this god. Another temple that he built (or renovated) belonged to the Išnikarab - von dem Hain . Other temples are attested in Anšan .

Nabu-kudurri-usur I advanced into Elam. Hutelutuš-Inšušinak was defeated in a battle on the Ulai River . However, the Babylonians did not capture Susa and withdrew. It remains unclear what happened to the ruler.
