IJ Kay (born in Suffolk in 1961 ) is the pseudonym of a British writer .
Life
Kay's novel Nördlich der Mondberge was published in 2012 and has received high praise from English and American literary critics. In 2013 he received the English Authors' Club First Novel Award . IJ Kay lives in Bristol and The Gambia .
