ICC World Cricket League Division Five 2010
The ICC World Cricket League Division Five 2010 was the second edition of this one-day cricket competition and took place between February 20 and 27, 2010 in Nepal . The competition was part of the ICC World Cricket League 2009-14 . In the final, Nepal beat the United States with five wickets.

format
In a group stage, each team played against each other. The winner of a game received two points, and a tie or no result received one point. The two group winners rose to the ICC World Cricket League Division Four 2010 and played a final. The third and fourth placed will stay in Division Five and play in the ICC World Cricket League Division Five 2012 . The fifth and sixth placed climbed to Division Six and participated in the 2011 ICC World Cricket League Division Six .
