The 15 IISHF Inline Skater Hockey Championship of Men was held from 9. September - 11. September 2011 in Stegersbach , Austria instead. Canada was originally supposed to take part for the first time, which would make the tournament an open European championship . The team from North America announced the withdrawal from their participation shortly before the start of the tournament.
