The IK Kongahälla is a Swedish football club in Kungälv . The team was represented for one season in Sweden 's second division .
history
The IK Kongahälla was founded in 1906. For a long time, the club's team only played in the lower class area of the Swedish league pyramid, at the end of the 1998 season they moved into the promotion games to the second division as second in the third division Division 2 Västra Götaland behind GAIS . After successes over IFK Malmö and Myresjö IF , she qualified for the higher division.
