The 3rd Powerchairhockey World Championship was held in Germany from August 6th to 10th, 2014 . The games took place in Munich .

The title of world champion in powerchair hockey was won for the second time by the Netherlands , who beat Belgium 1-0 in the final. Bronze went to Finland . Germany, as the reigning world champion, came in 5th place.

The world championship was still under the name IWAS World Championship . Since 2017 it has been called the IPCH World Championship ( I WAS P ower c hair H ockey World Championship).
