ITRIS AG is a Swiss group of companies based in Spreitenbach in the canton of Aargau . While ITRIS AG acts as a pure holding company, the owner-managed group has nine operating companies with over 500 employees and generated sales of 269 million Swiss francs in the 2017 financial year.
Group structure
The ITRIS group of companies is a family business that is active in two basic industries:
- IT services at 9 locations in Switzerland and the neighboring southern German region
- Medical technology service at 6 locations in Switzerland
One side of IT services for business customers is the IT consulting and system integration sales sector . On the other hand, IT services such as maintenance , data center services , cloud (ASP) and outsourcing are offered.
In the medical sector, the division is divided by several companies into sales and service for organizations in the healthcare sector such as hospitals , medical practices and retirement and nursing homes .
history
As a service company in the maintenance of IT equipment, ITRIS was founded by Alfred Winkler in 1986 in Dietikon . With the development of the EDP maintenance business and the changes that were beginning to take place among IT users in the direction of managed services, the area of activity was continuously expanded. This included consulting and sales of hardware and components as well as later storage, backup and network solutions.
Due to the increasing digitalization in the medical sector, ITRIS was able to establish itself in the medical sector around the turn of the century.
