the Rio Navia

The Ibias is a right eastern tributary of the Rio Navia in northwestern Spain . It flows through the autonomous regions of Asturias and Galicia .

geography

The Ibias rises in the southwest of Asturias in the Cantabrian Mountains . Its source is located about 1600 m above sea level in the southeast of the municipality of Ibias . After flowing through the town of Marentes , it reaches the Galician province of Lugo , where it flows into the Navia shortly afterwards.
