Ibrahim Bilali (born July 21, 1965 ) is a retired Kenyan boxer .

Athletic career

Ibrahim Bilali fought for the Dallas Boxing Club from Muthurwa . He took fifth place at the 1982 World Boxing Championships in the lightweight up to 48 kg. His most significant achievement was winning the bronze medal at the 1984 Olympic Games in flyweight . After victories over Patrick Mwamba , Álvaro Mercado and Laureano Ramírez, he lost in the semifinals to the later silver medalist from Yugoslavia Redžep Redžepovski .

Ibrahim Bilali is the older brother of Suleiman Bilali , who was also a boxer and participated in the 2000 Olympic Games .
