Ica Souvignier

Ica Souvignier (born July 3, 1961 - † July 7, 2012 in Cologne ) was a German film producer and artist manager.

Life

After almost ten years in the American film and television business, Ica Souvignier founded an artist agency in Cologne with Hinrich Sickenberger in 1992. She was the manager of Bärbel Schäfer . In the course of a dispute about outstanding fees, Souvignier Schäfer later sued Schäfer for the payment of nearly 4.8 million DM. Ica Souvignier looked after Ralph Morgenstern , Hardy Krüger jr. , Stefan Juergens , Jenny Juergens and Jasmin Gerat .

In 2006 Ica Souvignier and her husband Michael Souvignier acquired the film rights to film Frank Schätzing's bestselling novel The Swarm .

She was also a partner in the film production company Zeitsprung Entertainment GmbH in Cologne .

Ica Souvignier died in 2012 her cancer .
