I know, it's me is an autobiographical book by the director Christoph Schlingensief (1960-2010), which was published posthumously in October 2012. It is edited by Schlingensief's widow Aino Laberenz (with the help of the editor Stephanie Kratz and Schlingensief's colleague Jörg van der Horst) and is published by Kiepenheuer & Witsch in Cologne.

The book consists of texts that were written or collected in 2009 and 2010 after the cancer diary was published. Heaven can't be as beautiful as it is here . Schlingensief's writings fill 20 chapters and 260 pages, a foreword by Aino Laberenz is from August 2012.

The audio book of the same name contains original sounds by Christoph Schlingensief and selected texts read by the theater and television actor Martin Wuttke .
