Ickenham is an above-ground London Underground station in the London Borough of Hillingdon . It is in the Travelcard tariff zone 6 on Gleve Avenue. Served by the Metropolitan Line and the Piccadilly Line , the station was used by 1.07 million passengers in 2013.

The route of the Metropolitan Railway (predecessor company of the Metropolitan Line) between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Uxbridge existed since July 4, 1904 and was electrified six months later. The Ickenham station was only built later due to the low density of buildings at the time and opened on September 25, 1905. From March 1, 1910, trains of the District Line also stopped here ; these were replaced on October 23, 1933 by those of the Piccadilly Line.
