The Igelsee is a lake near Sommersdorf in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .
The approximately 1.3 hectare body of water is located in the municipal area of Penkun , one kilometer south of the center of Sommersdorf. The lake has no natural drainage, but water is fed to it through a northern ditch. The maximum size of the Igelsee is about 230 by 70 meters.
