Ignaz Landgraf

Ignaz Landgraf (born October 2, 1884 in Munich ; † 1949 ) was a German Catholic pastor.

Career

Landgraf was ordained a priest in 1908 . He was first cathedral preacher in Munich and from 1919 until his death the parish priest at St. Maximilian . After the end of the Second World War , he initiated the reconstruction of the church, which had been badly damaged during the war. On Easter Sunday 1946, services could be celebrated again in the right aisle of the church.

He was also a member of the Munich City Council.
