Igor Bubnjić (born July 17, 1992 in Split ) is a Croatian football player . He has been under contract with Udinese Calcio since 2013 . He is currently loaned to Inter Zaprešić .

Career

Bubnjić started his career in the youth of Duravar before moving to the youth department of Slaven Belupo in 2007 . In the summer of 2011 he moved to the professional squad, but was awarded directly to city rivals NK Koprivnica . He returned after half a year. Since his return he has been put in central defense. In the summer of 2013, Bubnjić moved to the Italian first division club Udinese Calcio for 1.5 million euros . He signed a contract until 2018. At the end of July, his loan to Carpi FC was announced. Another loan to Brescia Calcio followed .

In January 2018 it was awarded to Inter Zaprešić .

National team

Bubnjić played for Croatia's U-20s in 2011. He has been playing for the U-21s since 2012 .
