Igor Kustov

Igor Kustow ( Russian Игорь Кустов ) is a former Russian handball goalkeeper .

Career

Igor Kustow played for GK Newa St. Petersburg in his home country . In 1994, the 2.01 m tall and 121 kg goalkeeper moved to the Spanish ASOBAL league for CB Alzira . After Alzira was dissolved in 1995, he moved on to CB Cangas . He later played for SD Teucro , from 2000 for SAR Balonmano and from 2001 for Fadesa OAR. In 2004 he moved to Bueu Atlético BM. He played for BM Chapela until 2011.

With the Soviet national team Igor Kustow was runner-up at the 1990 World Cup.
