Igor Leonidowitsch Tschislenko ( Russian Игорь Леонидович Численко; born January 4, 1939 in Moscow , † September 22, 1994 ibid) was a Soviet football player .

career

Tschislenko began his career in 1957 at FK Dynamo Moscow , with whom he won both two Soviet championship titles and a Soviet cup competition .

National team

At the 1962 World Cup , Chislenko was part of the Soviet national team , took part in three games and scored two goals. With the national team of the USSR Chislenko was able to celebrate his greatest success at the European Football Championship in 1964 , when he reached the final with the team, but ultimately lost to Spain 2-1. At the Football World Cup in 1966 , he was able to achieve fourth place with his team, scoring two goals in four games. He finished fourth again in the 1968 European Football Championship .
