Andrea Gerhard (born December 17, 1983 in Marburg ) is a German actress and presenter .

Life

Gerhard was born and raised in Marburg. After graduating from high school , she switched to the Artrium Drama School in Hamburg, which she graduated from in 2008. Since 2007 she has been working as an actress for theater, film and advertising. Since 2016 she has also been working as a presenter for events and in front of the camera.

Her first engagement took her to Stuttgart in 2007 . There she played as "Helena" in Shakespeare's " A Midsummer Night's Dream ". Two years later she got her first role in the Ohnsorg Theater . With the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences she shot the feature film “The Days in Between”, which premiered in 2012 at the Hof International Film Festival. At the end of 2010 she was in a leading role in three episodes of the NDR production "Tratsch im Stairwell ... it goes on!" In front of the camera alongside Ingrid van Bergen , Markus Majowski , Jürgen Drews and Steffen Henssler . This was followed by collaborations with Franziska Pohlmann ("The Voice of Freedom") and Theresa von Eltz for the award-winning film " 4 Kings ". In 2017 Gerhard could be seen in the metropolitan area.

Since 2019 she has played in the main cast of the ZDF series " Der Bergdoktor ". She embodies the self-confident medical assistant Linn Kemper.

In 2012 she put the idea of ​​'"Klappe auf!" Into practice for the first time with the help of the BFFS ( Federal Drama Association ). Since then, her series of interviews has taken place every year on eight evenings as part of the supporting program of the Hamburg Film Festival . Among the guests were Cate Shortland , Lars Kraume , Nova Meierhenrich , Tessa Mittelstaedt , Peter Lohmeyer and Nina Petri . In 2018 she gave up this task.
