Lars Kraume
Lars Kraume (born February 24, 1973 in Chieti , Italy ) is a German director , producer and screenwriter .
Career
Lars Kraume grew up in Frankfurt am Main . After graduating from high school, he worked as a freelance photographer for two years. In 1994 he studied for four years at the German Film and Television Academy in Berlin . For his graduation film Dunckel from 1998, which had its first TV broadcast on October 28, 1999, he received the Adolf Grimme Prize for the first time in 2000 .
The German Television Prize followed in 2007 and the Adolf Grimme Prize again in 2008 for the television psychodrama Good Morning, Mr Grothe .
In 2016, his film Der Staat gegen Fritz Bauer received six German Film Awards, including the award for the best film and the best director.
Kraume has lived in Berlin since 1994 . Between 2005 and 2013 he was represented with seven films at the Frankfurt Tatort .
