German television crime award
The German TV Crime rate is since 2005 annually by the Culture Department of the City of Wiesbaden and the media center conferred Wiesbaden Television Award . The winner of the main prize receives 1000 liters of wine from the Rheingau .
The award ceremony takes place every year as part of the German TV crime festival . This is organized by the Cultural Office and the Wiesbaden Media Center with the support of the Hessian Ministry for Science and Art and the Hessian Broadcasting Corporation and in cooperation with the Hessian Film Fund and the Wiesbadener Kurier .
The jury consists of well-known personalities from the media industry and criminology. She chooses the main winner from ten nominated TV films. In addition, there are two special prizes for outstanding achievements that are given to actors, directors, cameramen and authors. The audience award is given to a television film selected by a jury of readers from Wiesbadener Kurier.
