Annette Ernst

Annette Ernst (* 1966 in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe ) is a German director who mainly shoots TV comedies.

life and work

After studying German, Romance studies and theater, film and television studies in Frankfurt and Paris (1986–1992), she initially worked as a journalist and television presenter. From 1996 to 1997 she was a scholarship holder of the script workshop at the University of Television and Film Munich .

For her television film Kiss and Run (2004) she received the Adolf Grimme Prize for 2005 together with the main actors Maggie Peren and Ken Duken . Production was carried out by Stoked Film GmbH, which she was involved in founding. My first friend, mother and I (2003) were nominated for the Adolf Grimme Prize in 2004, the scriptwriter Axel Staeck was nominated for the Bavarian Television Prize and for the best music and best equipment there was the German Television Prize . For Bettgeflüster & Babyglück (2005) Brigitta Tauchner received the German TV Prize for the best cut.
