Detective Inspector Josephine Klick moved from her home village near Bielefeld to Berlin. Production and broadcast

At the end of June 2013, Sat.1 announced the crime series with the working title Josy - Alone Among Bulls with actress Diana Amft . The series is based on an idea by Berlin-based author Marc Terjung , who has already designed several television series for Sat.1 together with UFA Fiction .

The six episodes of the first season were filmed from November 2013 to February 2014 under the title Josephine Klick - Alone Among Cops . In March 2014 it was announced that the crime series will be broadcast from May 1, 2014 at 9:00 p.m. on the pay-TV channel Sat.1 emotions . The crime series will be broadcast on free TV from May 5, 2014 at 9:15 p.m. on Sat.1 . Because of the soccer World Cup , the last two episodes of the first season were broadcast on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at 8:15 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.

From September 10, 2015 at 9:00 p.m., the second season was broadcast on the pay TV channel Sat.1 emotions and from September 15, 2015 on Tuesdays at 9:10 p.m. on Sat.1 . On September 22, 2015, Sat.1 broadcast two episodes and on September 29, 2015 the last three episodes were broadcast in a row.

A serial killer kidnaps prostitutes and kills them after ten days. In order to find the perpetrator, Josephine disguises herself as a whore, as she has blonde hair like the victims. When the alleged perpetrator stops, she gets into the car and has the man arrested. He has to be released because no traces could be found in his car. The next morning Josephine is drugged and kidnapped by him in a riding stable. When she wakes up, she is in the perpetrator's second car. Your colleagues track down the perpetrator and manage to arrest him. The car, in which the tied Josephine is, is sunk in a river. Her colleague Fritz cuts the throat of the perpetrator who swallowed the key and is able to free her. Thereupon Fritz is arrested.
