Marc Terjung

Marc Terjung (born February 10, 1966 in Cologne ) is a German screenwriter . He became known to a wide audience primarily through the law series Edel & Starck and Danni Lowinski .

Life

Marc Terjung grew up in Eupen, Belgium, and attended school there. In 1997 he began his writing work with several television films and two-parters , until in 2002 he began writing screenplays for television series for the private broadcasters Sat.1 and RTL , including three law series. His greatest successes are Edel & Starck and Danni Lowinski , who have won several German television and comedy awards. Terjung mostly works with the production company Phoenix Film .

In mid-January 2011 it was announced that Marc Terjung was no longer available as head writer for Danni Lowinski. He wrote only two episodes for the second season, but continued to work as a writer for the series. The other episodes were taken over by Benedikt Gollhardt as the new head writer, Michel Birbaek , Adrienne Bortoli and Sarah Augstein.
