The UFA Fiction GmbH is a company incorporated in August 2013 company for fictional film and television productions of the UFA , based in Potsdam district Babelsberg . The company was created through the merger of the UFA subsidiaries teamWorx , Phoenix Film and UFA Fernsehproduktion as part of a restructuring of UFA and the strategic goal of bundling all companies under one brand in the future.
With UFA Fiction, all UFA production activities in the area of series, TV movies, events and feature films are bundled in one company. The managing directors of UFA Fiction are Benjamin Benedict , Markus Brunnemann, Sebastian Werninger and Ulrike Leibfried.
