Jörg Hartmann (actor)
Jörg Hubert Hartmann (born June 8, 1969 in Hagen ) is a German actor .
Life
Jörg Hartmann was born in Hagen and grew up in Herdecke in the Ruhr area. After training as an actor at the Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts from 1990 to 1994, Hartmann played at the State Theater in Meiningen from 1994 to 1996 . Then the theater director Bruno Klimek brought him to the Nationaltheater Mannheim , where he stayed until 1999. From 1999 to 2009 he was a permanent member of the Berlin Schaubühne ensemble , where he continues to work as a guest.
He worked in the television adaptation of Thomas Ostermeier's Hedda Gabler production with Katharina Schüttler and was Torwald Helmer in Thomas Ostermeier's Nora production, which was also recorded for television. Both productions were invited to the Berlin Theatertreffen .
Hartmann has been standing in front of television cameras more and more since 2007. Among other things, he played in the ARD television series Weissensee from 2010-2018 under the direction of Friedemann Fromm, the MfS officer Falk Kupfer . For this he received the German Television Award 2011 in the Best Actor category . He also appeared under the same director in the multi-award-winning historical three-part film Die Wölfe (2009). Hartmann has been a member of the television ensemble of the crime series Bella Block since 2009 , and played among others in Ungesünt (2010) by Thorsten Näter and in the Leipzig Tatort: Nasse Dinge (2011) the Stasi victim Thomas Kramm .
In the Dortmund Tatort team of Faber, Bönisch, Dalay and Kossik , he has been the chief investigator as Chief Detective Peter Faber since 2012 .
Private
Jörg Hartmann lives in Potsdam . In 1993 he married Simone Hartmann from Leipzig, from whom he separated in 2013 to live with the actress Silvia Medina (* 1982). He has a daughter (* 2004) with Hartmann, a daughter (* 2015) and a son (* 2016) with Medina.
