Ila Egger-Lienz (born March 19, 1912 in Hall in Tirol ; † November 8, 2003 in Innsbruck ) was an Austrian writer.

Life

After the death of their father Albin Egger-Lienz in 1926, the family moved to Innsbruck. After stays in Vienna, Holland and Munich, Egger-Lienz returned to Tyrol.

She studied languages ​​and expressive dance and initially worked as an English and gymnastics teacher. At an early age she wrote a biography about her father and novels. In 1986 the trilogy "Ghislaine" was published by Haymon Verlag.
