The iLiad (Engl. For Ilias ) is a reader for e-books with a display of electronic paper . The ILiad can also be used to draw and write comments on the screen using Wacom Penabled technology. The data exchange takes place via USB cable, SD card or WLAN. The display is from E Ink Corporation . The formats that can be displayed are PDF , XHTML , TXT , HTML , JPG , BMP , PNG and PRC .

The iLiad e-book reader was launched in the summer of 2006. In September 2007 the device ER0150 was released. In June 2008 the model ER0141 came out, which also has WLAN, but also the interfaces for USB, LAN, SD cards and CF cards.

In the summer of 2010 the manufacturer iRex Technologies, a subsidiary of Philips , went bankrupt. The distribution was then discontinued.
